GROUND FLOOR
Here is a wonderfully designed open-plan living room and kitchen. The taste of the food eaten in this place, which created a wonderful comfort zone with brand new and modern touches, is different. There is a children's room and a common use WC on this floor. By the way, it is now much easier to reach your pool and garden thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows in this area. Another sitting area was developed on the veranda, which comes out of the kitchen. Garden view and pool view from here are great. You can feel the magnificent breezes of the Aegean in the evening, and you can have your meals in this area when you get out of your pool in the hot afternoons. A sitting area and a dining area have been developed for you in this section.

SECOND FLOOR
There are 2 large bedrooms in this area. Bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and balconies. This place is wonderfully designed. Your design stairs take you to these areas.

UPPER FLOOR
There are also 2 bedrooms in this area. There is a communal WC and bathroom. One room has an en-suite bathroom + WC and jacuzzi. There is a balcony in this area.

EXTERIOR
There is a wonderful garden and a very large pool. There is a playground in your garden. Sun loungers and umbrellas were placed by the pool. There is a barbecue area and a garden swing.

LOCATION
Fethiye is a tourist town with an international atmosphere. There are 3 marinas in the town. The town of Fethiye has everything you could need from delicious restaurants, a great night life, lots of history and nature, amazing bays, traditional markets and shops, daily excursions and activities and its probably one of the only towns to feature sarcophagus, lots of temples and ruins in the streets.
Fethiye's outskirts such as Tasyaka and Tuzlu have become very popular recently with expats who invest in a holiday home or permanent home for retirement. These areas are also popular for investment opportunites. Fethiye public transport is extremely reliable with the local dolmuses running frequently especially during the summer months. These dolmus's run to all the stunning beaches and villages that are spread out all over Fethiye.
Properties can be found in the peaceful locations too and with a much cheaper price tag than those set close to or in the resorts themselves.
Fethiye is an extremely desirable location with long hot summers and much cooler winters but the beautiful surroundings and the scenery never changes. 
The public transportation is excellent with local Dolmus going pretty much everywhere for a very reasonable price.
There are plenty of hospitals and schools all over Fethiye.Oludeniz and the stunning Blue Lagoon are a 10 minute drive away.
